Question: What type of workouts are offered ?
Answer: Our main goal is to help the individual, so we do offer individualized programs. These can be either for general fitness and weight loss, or sports performance programs.
Question: Am I required to join a gym ?
Answer: This depends on the type program purchased. If it involves resistance training and you don’t have equipment at home, this may be needed. Other programs such as body weight training or functional training, it would not be needed.
Question: Do I have to purchase training services ?
Answer: No, the price of the program includes weekly sessions of communication on ones’ training and nutrition when needed.
Question: What does the price include ?
Answer: The price listed is for the workout program along with keeping track of your workouts and nutrition with your trainer.
Question: How often are you open for training ?
Answer: Our services are always available to the individual if needed. You may receive a message that all openings are taken, and you’ll be put on a waiting list. The wait time should not be long once we are informed of the request.
Question: I live outside the United States, can I still use your services ?
Answer: Yes, the service is available online for anyone. The option of changing the language on the website is at the top of the page for anyone that doesn’t speak english.
Question: How long is your average training program ?
Answer: The majority of programs are either 4 or 6 weeks in length. In order to see the true effects of your workouts, it’s suggested to use our services for 3 months or 12 weeks.
Question: Do I have to purchase an additional program when the current one runs out ?
Answer: No, you are not required to do so, but you may be sent an offer which you can either accept or decline. You also have the option of recurring programs if you know you’ll be continuing the service.
Question: Is virtual training available ?
Answer: Virtual training is not available, but it is possible to have a virtual session if needed concerning workouts or nutrition.
